For a sense of how the business events industry is — or isn’t — embracing sustainability, let’s take a look at three different surveys. Only 17 percent of 340 organizers, who plan corporate, nonprofit, academic, and other kinds of event, said they are featuring sustainability in their program content.

The Resort already has contracted bookings for more than 50 per cent of its 2023 budget, and that is greater than it achieved in the whole of 2018. The poll of 289 individuals with a history of attending live events found that respondents went to a staggering 5000+ indoor and 1200+ outdoor live events in 2019, from gigs and festivals to football matches and book launches. A key message from the survey is that many disabled people are eager to return as soon as possible.

Finally, this is something which we’re very proud of, and we seem to have forgotten this lately—sustainability. We still lead the country in sustainability. That is not true.
