The event organiser, ICMS Australasia , was tasked with delivering the annual event in Sydney which was originally planned to be a week-long and Sydney’s largest conference to date. Planning for the conference started in January 2019 and was going to be hosted across iconic Sydney venues including the ICC and Luna Park.
