To see the results, whether I’m negotiating, conducting programs or leading a training session, it’s important to always do my best. At 15, I worked Thursday evenings and Saturdays managing a section of a ladies’ department store in downtown Dallas. Apparently, I was not a very good salesperson. I’m my biggest competitor.
