To see a woman as the VP of marketing with all male colleagues speaks volumes. I still remember the chills I had while watching her lead an executive meeting. But I do live and breathe the meetings industry, and I cannot see myself anywhere else. My favorite part of my job is being on site at our Annual Meeting.
