Brown, Luther Villagomez, had experienced Rita and experienced Katrina here in Houston [in 2005], and knew what to expect. Ninety-eight percent of the hotels in and around the Greater Houston area were not materially damaged. Most of the staff had been through hurricanes in the past, so the one good thing we had was past experience.
