On the food and beverage side, the hotel has Jack’s brasserie, also known as the ‘Bernese institution’ and is named after the father of one of the previous owners of the Gauer family, a veteran hotelier family in Switzerland. There’s a reduction of food waste that we are engaged in. We also do local activities.
