Skiddle Update: Promoter Survey, New Year’s Eve, Blog Spotlight and more

Welcome to Skiddle’s Promoter Update. This week, we’ll be sharing our end-of-year promoter survey, one of two we’ll be asking for your participation in over the coming weeks.

The first survey has been designed to collect your feedback on the content we’ve shared throughout the year, giving you the opportunity to tell us which articles or topics you’ve found most useful whilst also allowing you to express what you’d like to see more or less of. 

We’ll also be taking another look at remittance times over the coming festive period and our ‘Blog Spotlight’ feature returns, highlighting some of our most recently published pieces of content over on the Promotion Centre blog.

Promoter Survey

Skiddle’s B2B Promotion Centre blog is designed to be a resource for promoters. We’re always trying to offer value through our articles, but we also want to interact with our audience. To do that, we’ve put together a survey, which features ten questions about the blogs we’ve published this year. From what you’d like to see us publish more or less of and whether or not you’ve benefitted from the guides, the survey is short and will help us to improve your experience when using our services. 

Also included in the survey are questions about the Promoter Update. We see the update as an extension of the work that we do on the blog. So, we want to get your opinion on whether the information in the update is of value to you as a promoter.

Remittance reminder

With the festive period now upon us, we wanted to remind you of the changes to our remittance schedules over Christmas and the New Year. 

Our offices will be closed from Saturday 24th – Tuesday 27th December, and there will be no remittance cycle on the Wednesday 28th of December.

Continuing on from last week’s Blog Spotlight, we wanted to share with you our New Year’s Eve event checklist. We know that New Year’s Eve will be extremely busy, and you’ll want to do everything you can to ensure your event is a success. New Year’s Eve

Have you optimised your New Year’s Eve listing? This is the first NYE resembling something close to normal for a while now, and people are often looking for an event to attend right up to the day itself. So, check that your descriptions are detailed, your event information is clear, and make sure to state the genre of the event and what city or town it’s taking place in. Last-minute sales are extremely common on NYE, so this information will make your event stand out and help it rank on search engines.
