Green & Fortune launches London’s newest venue

Rose Court Events gives a ‘brand new outlook for events’

Independent hospitality business, Green & Fortune is launching a new landmark destination onto London’s world-class event scene. Rose Court Events, brought to you by Green & Fortune, is the fourth venue in a portfolio comprising Sea Containers Events and Kings Place Events which are fully managed by the award-winning operator. Green & Fortune is also in a long-term catering partnership with Central Hall Westminster and has been one of King’s Cross restaurant pioneers with its noted Rotunda Bar and Restaurant.

Situated in another prominent South Bank location, Rose Court Events spans three floors and is made up of nine flexible event spaces each with panoramic views and is topped with a showcase roof garden. The new venue is set to be the event organisers hot ticket destination having been purposefully designed and styled to bring people back together to meet and entertain, to impress and inspire; asserting London’s venue scene with a ‘brand new outlook for events.’

With the first events being held from September, Rose Court Events will initially open for evening and weekend occasions, proving a perfect backdrop for dinners, awards, drinks receptions and seasonal celebrations.

The new venue can host just over 700 guests across all floors and outdoor spaces are a major feature of the 25,000 square foot venue with all rooms featuring direct access to a wraparound terrace. At the pinnacle of the venue are the show-stopping 360° views from the roof garden, accessed via a contemporary curved staircase. From here, guests can take in the sweeping river Thames along with views of The Shard, St. Paul’s Cathedral, The Walkie Talkie, Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf.

The service style will be polished yet discreet and menus reflect the changing seasons and will major on small batch producers and artisans. Menus will draw on a less formal approach to hospitality, embracing world-wide food trends and ensuring a sustainable approach to food is at the forefront of menu design.

John Nugent, Chief Executive at Green & Fortune, comments: “The launch of Rose Court Events is very symbolic. The scale, quality and ambition of this project is a true indicator that live, person to person events, are fully back. The quality of the environment, the amount of outdoor space available and the total guest experience will combine for this to be instantly recognised as one of the leading events venue in central London.

“At Green & Fortune we work in premium London locations and Rose Court Events sits right at the core of this. This launch reinforces the need for events to be used as a way for staff, client and customer engagement. It is a very positive move and will be a great addition to London’s event scene.”
