Liza Farm Joins Skyline Exhibits as Vice President of Human Resources

EAGAN, MINN. – Skyline Exhibits, a trade show exhibit company, today announced the addition of Liza Farm as Vice President of Human Resources. The recent hire marks the latest step in Skyline’s continued efforts to transform and grow as a leader in the custom modular exhibit space. In her role, Farm will focus on making Skyline an exceptional place to work and ensure that the company creates a culture that attracts and inspires talented employees. As an Executive Leadership team member, she will develop and execute human resource strategy supporting the company’s business plan and strategic direction.

Farm joins Skyline from Master Builders Solutions. She is an experienced leader in human resource strategy, focusing on culture, community, and creative HR programs that promote fulfillment at work while supporting business goals. Farm’s experience spans a variety of industries, including glass and food manufacturing, franchising, SaaS, and most recently, commercial construction. She earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary’s University and holds her Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certificate.

“I'm excited to join Skyline and look forward to supporting the team in driving positive change as the company continues to grow,” said Farm.

Skyline continues to innovate and expand its capabilities and resources available to clients. The company introduced its CMX (Custom Modular Experience) solution earlier this year.
