Regent’s University London appoints Neil Brooke as Director of Catering & Events

 has appointed Neil Brooke as Director of Catering & Events.

Neil joins Regent’s from his role as Senior General Manager – Goods Way and Lafayette, at tvg hospitality.   

Neil, who has a wealth of industry knowledge and understanding of the events landscape, started his career in food and beverage in Manchester 23 years ago and has held senior catering roles in London since 2011.

During his career, Neil has worked across a range of venues, hotels and hotel groups in senior roles, including the Head of Food & Drink at National Theatre, General Manager at The Trafalgar St. James, The Rooftop and Director of Food & Beverage at IHG Hotels & Resorts.

His vast expertise in business development and operational excellence will greatly benefit the venue hire team, supporting Head of Events, Rafael Azzopardi in elevating sales in corporate and private events in central London.

His new role will spearhead the strategic direction of the catering and event services, leading the delivery of external and internal sales in the highly competitive market.
