Heidi Zipfel, CTSM, Earns Diamond-level Certified Trade Show Marketer Credentials

ROCHESTER, MN. - Exhibitor Group, the award-winning leader in trade show and corporate event marketing education, announces that Heidi Zipfel has now earned Diamond-level Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) credentials. "Heidi has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in her career and has encouraged and supported many others in their pursuit of excellence," said Janice Nelson, CTSM Executive Advisor. Zipfel's many contributions to the industry and the CTSM program include helping seven candidates earn credentials through advising them on their portfolios, mentoring new CTSM enrollees, proctoring the CTSM exam, staffing the CTSM booth, and hosting CTSM Meet & Greets and online Discover CTSM networking sessions.
"Achieving my CTSM was a key factor in me reaching my career goals," said Zipfel. "With each new designation, I progressed in my experience and knowledge. CTSM helped to open new doors and I began a journey that afforded me many opportunities for growth and success, both personally and professionally. It was only natural for me to pay it back, in helping others to attain their CTSM. This Diamond certification is the capstone of my career." The Diamond-level CTSM classification was established in 2011 to recognize the graduates who have chosen to lead through professional contributions to both the CTSM program and the industry. CTSM graduates have the option of adding onto their core certification at four different levels of upgrades: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. More than 4,000 trade show and corporate event marketing professionals are currently enrolled in the CTSM program, and just 25 CTSM graduates have achieved Diamond Level certification. "CTSM Diamonds understand their roles as guides and mentors to help others succeed," continued Nelson. "My congratulations to Heidi for becoming only the 25th CTSM graduate to achieve this highest level of certification." CTSM candidates receive extensive training in trade show marketing, in conjunction with Northern Illinois University Outreach. More than 3,000 candidates are currently enrolled.
