November is always a standout month in our annual planning. As always, it is when we join Event Tech Live, the most significant tech event in Europe. We’re thrilled to connect with our clients and potential customers this year as if it’s the first time we are attending.
This year also marks Event Tech Live’s 10th anniversary. It is a portfolio that is nearly as old as Eventscase itself and that is why we often say our stories run in parallel. Our UK team is making sure that our booth, B44, shines like never before at ExCel London on November 15th and 16th.

Tech-trips with EMA and AEVEA
Our British DNA and Spanish spirit have always been a part of this fair. Last year, we put both components into action by bringing a group of Spanish event agencies to London in collaboration with AEVEA (Agencias de Eventos Españolas Asociadas) on what we dubbed a “tech trip”. It was a roaring success, and this year we have decided to take it a step further.
We are renewing our collaboration with AEVEA and on the 16th – we will be hosting another group of Spanish event agencies at ETL so that they can immerse themselves in the latest trends and technologies for events. We’re particularly pleased to have the backing of both AEVEA and the Event Tech Live organising team led by Adam Parry.
But it doesn’t end there! We’re also inviting event managers from EMA (Event Managers Association) Spain to join us the day before, on the 15th. We will be travelling from Madrid and Barcelona to bring these industry professionals closer to this iconic event.
Presentation alongside Startup Valencia
One of the highlights of Event Tech Live is its educational content, and we wanted to contribute to this end. With the invaluable help of our client Startup Valencia, we will host a session on the 16th titled: “Integrate or die: Why have one tool when you can have them all?”
Our CEO, Jose Bort, joined by Ismael Vargas, Senior Growth Analyst at Startup Valencia, will reveal how platform integrations have been the key to the success of the recent Valencia Digital Summit, which drew over 10,000 in-person attendees.
Iván García, Among the Finalists for Best CTO
As a cherry on top for Event Tech Live, it would be amazing if our CTO, Iván García, were to win the Best CTO award at the Event Tech Live Awards happening on November 15th. He is among the finalists, and we’re incredibly proud of this recognition.
