Blue Sky EXP Announces Leadership Transition
5/26/2023
MARIETTA, GA. - Blue Sky EXP is excited to announce that President John McGee has assumed an ownership interest in the company, effective May 3, 2023. Don Keller, who helped found Blue Sky with Tim Kelley in 2003, is stepping down from ownership to pursue new passions. Don faithfully grew and successfully helped lead the company for 20 years. He will continue to be involved as Blue Sky EXP’s Advisory Board Chair.

Kelley remains as Blue Sky’s Founder and Chief Experience Officer, cultivating the corporate culture and providing creative innovation to bring client experiences to life. McGee will continue to serve as the President focusing on the company's overall strategy and financial well-being.

McGee became President of Blue Sky in August 2021. Prior to that, he served on the company’s board for five years. He brought more than 30 years of immeasurable success in creating meaningful strategic business and social solutions for a variety of industries and organizations.

As President, McGee helped Keller and Kelley successfully rebrand Blue Sky EXP and expand its service offerings to include new product lines, rapid rental service, and business intelligence solutions in the growing industry of experience initiatives. Together, the team successfully returned Blue Sky to pre- Coronavirus pandemic revenue levels.

Blue Sky EXP is passionate about creating experiences that captivate and inspire beyond expectations and has crafted unforgettable experiences for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including The Home Depot, Delta Air Lines, Oldcastle APG, and Fruit of the Loom. Our team of professionals is committed to executing a suite of products and services that bring our client’s brands to life. This promise is delivered through world-class customer service and expert innovation, all at an exceptional value.
