As part of our commitment to supporting the industry, we ran a pilot Purpose Programme which was a big hit and is now part of our membership benefits package, so we are talking to those people who took part about how it was for them.

Q Why did you sign up to the programme?
A I was actually nominated by my Director to attend

Q Was it what you expected?
A It certainly surpassed my expectation of how defining my purpose could have such an impact on my mindset.

Q What did you get out of the programme?
A We so often focus on what we can improve on but the programme gave me reassurance of my purpose that already existed, I just didn’t realise I was already on that path and in addition to that it made me really delve into my successes and remind myself of my achievements.

Q What would you say to someone considering signing up to the programme?
A I would definitely recommend this programme, taking time out of your busy schedules to bring it back to yourself as a individual; what are your beliefs, successes, future goals, who are you as a person and how does that define your purpose and how you can use that to be better and encourage others around you.
