“FourME Condos,” by Jet Entertainment’

‘s Experiential Marketing Team was hired by Hersh Realty Group to launch “FourME Condos,” a pre-construction development by The Lash Group.

This experience targeted Toronto’s most successful pre-construction realtors and introduced them to The “FourME” Project while arming them with state-of-the-art tools and viral social media content to market the development and attract buyers.

To accomplish this and maximize exposure on social media channels, Jet focused on creating two experiential avenues.

The first was the invitation, and the second was the experience.

The invitation:

It all began with each agent receiving a special gift box delivered to their home (104 in total). Upon opening the box, a sensor-triggered screen began playing a development overview video shot using a DJI MINI2 drone, which was also included in the package with the message “Take your marketing game to new heights.”

Below the screen & drone read, “Get ready for take-off,” with a custom boarding pass attached to a private helicopter tour of the development site with breathtaking views of Toronto taking place one week from receiving the invite. To top it off, Jet included a pair of aviator Ray-Bans so attendees could arrive in style on flight day.

Within hours of the agents receiving their box, social media flooded with invitees excitedly unboxing their ‘FourME’ packages.

The Experience:

The FourME Ultimate Flight Experience (UFE) was not just a helicopter ride. As guests arrived at the private terminal at Billy Bishop Airport, Jet’s brand ambassadors escorted them to the swag booth to pick up their custom Bomber Jackets, then off to work with one of two on-site video teams.

The goal was to create 104 custom viral TIKTOK-style videos for each attendee to post and promote the development. The event culminated with a 30-minute tour-guided helicopter experience to the development site, followed by champagne, food, and an intimate afterparty.

This was a brilliant marketing activation that built a team of fans who will never forget the experience or the company that brought them that experience.

This is the first event we have seen that strategically created Tik-Tok content, then leveraged that content and the personal social networks of attendees as well.

Congrats to everyone who helped make this event a great success, & good luck at the Canadian Event Awards Gala happening live from on Sept 28, 2022.
