Google bans ticketing site, Viagogo, amid touting claims

Google has suspended Viagogo from advertising after claims touts resell tickets at inflated prices on the site. The search engine says it is working with the Competition and Market Authority (CMA) who is taking Viagogo to court, claiming the secondary ticketing site has not been sufficient in changing its business practices. Last year, senior Google executives received an open letter from the Football Association, UK Music and several MPs, that urged them to remove Viagogo adverts.
