When Michelle Garber and Tamara Niyazov from Fab Fête Event Planning Boutique joined the team from FOS Rental Group for their first client meeting, it was clear this project was going to be a labour of love. The goal was to create an epic celebration for a young girl in love with fashion, music, and celeb style. Shelley wanted a fun and festival themed event but she also wanted glamour and of course her favourite colours – tiffany blue and lilac.
