Brian Dukerschein Promoted to Deputy Editor of EXHIBITOR Magazine

EXHIBITOR magazine, the leader in trade show and corporate event marketing education, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Dukerschein to the role of deputy editor. In this new position, Dukerschein will expand his role with the print magazine while also taking on additional oversight of EXHIBITOR’s social media platforms, becoming the point person for editorial supplements, and taking ownership of the New Product Showcase and Buyers’ Choice Awards program. 
Previously, Dukerschein spent six years as managing editor of EXHIBITOR, where he oversaw the back-end editing process and produced a number of award-winning columns and feature stories. Prior to his time at EXHIBITOR, Dukerschein served as associate editor of Modern Luxury, managing editor of Echo magazine, research intern at Crain’s Chicago Business, and a freelance writer for titles such as Chicago Social and Men’s Book Chicago.
Dukerschein is an alum of Columbia College Chicago, where he earned an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts in journalism and fashion management. He is currently pursuing a graduate degree in strategic communications, also at Columbia. Dukerschein is an international award-winning writer and editor with experience working for both consumer and trade magazines.
