Paje Consultancy launch Learning and Development partnership with beam

Paje Consultancy are delighted to announce their partnership to provide a learning and development programme and course options for beam agency and venue members. 

Paje are specialists in the meetings, events, and conference market, who offer bespoke training for venues, hotels, and agencies. Paje Consultancy was set up by Mandy Jennings in 2010, who has a breadth of sales, conference and marketing experience with major hotel and venue operators.  Mandy has been a keen beam supporter and was on the events and training committees for over 12 years, involved in the first Code of Conduct and was herself the HBAA Venue Chair in 2007.  Mandy has collaborated with a team of the highest quality trainers who are all hospitality industry specialists, offering vast “on the job” experience.  This means they can offer beam members a fantastic range of MICE industry specific courses from entry level to senior leadership, with a key advantage that every trainer they work with has earned their stripes!

Paje offer well established courses including Sales Excellence, focused on providing sales skills for MICE teams in agencies and venues, all aligned to industry standard benchmarking and best practice. They offer a great range of courses from Account Management, Revenue Management, Negotiation and Contracting, Competitor Analysis, to team management courses for Department Heads to Senior Director level, plus customer service training and social media skills, In addition, they have partnerships with highly regarded management development organisations to offer agency business owners and leaders specialist management training, finance, and business skills. 

The courses are run both virtually or face-to-face to suit teams’ requirements, and they will offer an annual calendar of dates to beam members to enable them to share best practice and hear how the other side of the fence works for agencies and venues.  In addition, they offer their tailor made, bespoke training to fit the culture and USPs of individual organisations.
