AEV reveals conference sponsors and partners

The Association of Event Venues (AEV) has revealed their collection of sponsors and partners ahead of its annual AEV conference at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, London, on Friday 17 November 2023.

Rachel Parker, director, AEV, said, “We are hugely grateful for the generosity and support of all our sponsors and partners.”

Levy UK & Ireland has worked with some of the UK’s most impressive venues, many of which are AEV members, delivering a unique experience and sustainable menu and are sponsoring the conference food and beverage requirements.

Parker added, “Levy UK & Ireland are long supporters of our association and we are looking forward to the delectable cuisine they will no doubt provide on the 17th November.”

HotelMap returns as AEV conference sponsors providing preferential rates for hotel accommodation for delegates booking conference tickets. HotelMap is a global technology platform focused on modernising and automating hotel booking in the conference, trade show and group booking sectors. AEV technology partner Momentus Technologies is also sponsoring the conference, as is Full Circle Events & Exhibitions Ltd sponsoring the icebreaker event.

Queen Elizabeth II Centre will host the conference as venue sponsor. EventWell, the ‘mental health and wellbeing voice of the events industry’, returns as wellbeing partner providing a safe space to catch a breath, or a moment of calm. New to the conference this year, Nook event pods will provide withdrawal pods for delegates to enjoy an additional calm haven or quietly meet with colleagues whilst enjoying a coffee from partners, the Barista, highly skilled mobile coffee specialists.

CHC Global Ltd, AEV’s strategic malicious risk advisor partner, returns with an update on the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill and nQ Legal continues to provide legal services to member venues. Jonas Event Technology return as registration partners and Perton Signs will provide the conference signage and promotional materials.

Klimato joins as sustainability partner offering to calculate, report and communicate the carbon emissions from food and beverage for the event.
