The Inside Track Celebrates 25 Years in the Trade Show Industry

In 1997, after losing his job selling trade show exhibits, Dave Sterne started calling companies that were exhibiting at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) show in Atlanta to see what products or services they needed for their upcoming show.

The requests for help came quickly for everything from talent, props, and hard to find items to computers for gaming, video walls, and of course, flooring. Just like that, a business was created. 25 years later, The Inside Track is a leading flooring provider to exhibit houses and event producers, providing carpet inlays, rollable vinyl, custom printed flooring, turf products and of course, carpet, from their 33,000 sq. ft. production facility in Atlanta.

Their success stems from the fact that they take the time to fully understand the scope of their customers flooring projects and provide detailed and proactive customer service from start to finish. They also understand the fast-paced and deadline-oriented world of trade shows and events.

“We’re excited about our 25th anniversary this year, and we’ve never lost sight of the fact that our success in this industry would not have been possible without the amazing employees at The Inside Track, our supplier partners and of course, the hundreds of exhibit houses that we work with on a daily basis” commented Dave Sterne, the Founder and CEO.
