loaf is a co-operative run bakery and cookery school. they aim to build a community through healthy living and bring back forgotten food skills through cookery classes, a community bakery and pop up events. any profits made through these projects is directed towards furthering their social objectives. this would be a perfect location for a team building activity with your colleagues, there’s plenty of classes to choose from such as sweet breads, seafood masterclass, thai cuisine and sushi.

isherwood & co

isherwood & co is a florist and plant shop, with a great amount of knowledge and expertise in all things green. not only do they offer floral services, houseplants, homeware and gifts they also offer a number of workshops. you can join on these individually or book on as a party. you can choose from a range of different classes such as a dry terrarium workshop, festive wreaths and a seasonal flower bouquet course.

if you are wanting some heart-warming food, definitely check alicias microbake house out. fresh artisan wood-fired pizzas, salads and lots of other delicious italian choices. this quaint little restaurant is perfect for business lunches or even a boozy brunch with your pals.

with a desire to help birmingham establish itself as a city of great beer, attic brew co opened their taproom, with their hop-forward pale ales and new england-style ipas and larger, you’ll be spoilt for choice. the tap room is also a nice relaxed vibe, with long tables great for accommodating larger groups. they have plenty of different events that take place, and a bookable space perfect for gatherings.
