Trade shows to grow 3 percent through 2019. According to the 2016 Center for Exhibition Industry Research Index Report, trade shows will sustain a yearly 3 percent growth for the next few years. Market research by Mintel also predicts that consumer spending on vacations and dining will jump 27 percent between 2015 and 2019.
