As the global leader in business events, PCMA is deliberate in creating products and services that resonate with business events professionals in every region. Luca Favetta, PCMA’s regional business director for EMEA, spoke to Brussels-based HQ magazine about regional educational differences and how to create relevant content and ensure knowledge retention.

“The more we engage with our audience, the better we are at delivering content that ensure they walk away with relevant, actionable takeaways,” Favetta said. “At this year’s Influencers Summit 22-24 September in Barcelona, we are delivering content in different learning styles with a plan to share our content produced at the event to keep the energy and engagement alive.”

Favetta also discussed PCMA’s ongoing efforts to provide educational programming with other industry organizations. Earlier in February, PCMA was the education partner for both AIME in Melbourne and Destinations International’s Destination Showcase in Washington, D.C. PCMA will provide session and speaker development for the European Association Summit at the end of this month.
