Slido, a leading Q&A and polling platform, launches its new product integration with Google Slides to all users today. Presenters are now able to engage their audience with live polling and Q&A without ever leaving Google Slides.

Whether presenting to a team, in front of a class or running a training session, the Google Slides add-on allows speakers to create and run polls and live Q&A within their presentation. Live polls and Q&A display automatically upon reaching their dedicated slide while the audience can instantly vote from their devices.

After working with over 300,000 events worldwide, Slido for Google Slides marks an important milestone for the company on its move towards better equipping solo presenters.

Slido CEO Peter Komornik comments: “Over time, more speakers started using Slido but our product wasn’t well-suited for their needs. Early this year, we put together a team with a clear goal — make it easy for presenters to create a dialogue with their audience. To achieve this, we realized that Slido has to become a seamless part of their presentation tools.”

Juraj Pal, VP of Strategic Partnerships at Slido, adds: “After months of hard work and many improvements, we are excited to finally make Slido for Google Slides available to all users. The best part about it — rather than switching between Slido and your presentation, you are now able to run both with one click. It’s the presentation experience we always wanted for ourselves.”

Slido CEO Peter Komornik concludes: “We have always believed that technology needs to be invisible in order to bring value to users. During the development of Slido for Google Slides, we followed this mantra. The result is an integration that makes the use of Slido with Google Slides frictionless. We use the integration at our internal meetings, and we can’t imagine facilitating them without it anymore.”
