Her 30-year career has provided Harris experiences in the technology, media, retail, telecommunications, transportation, industrial, and health-care sectors. In 2013, President Barack Obama appointed Harris to chair the National Women’s Business Council. At Morgan Stanley, she continues to promote multicultural leadership in the boardroom and gets the word out about the firm’s Multi-Cultural Innovation Lab. She is the author of two books, Strategize to Win and Expect to Win. She’s also a renowned singer who has performed at Carnegie Hall.
