Owen Sullivan, formerly Gordon Ramsay’s executive chef at Maze, the Maze Grills, and the Savoy Grill, has taken over the kitchen at luxury event and bespoke contract caterer, Noble House Events and Kitchen.

Born out of a love of bringing people together through spectacular food and drink, Noble House was founded in 2008 by Conrad Baker and Emma Noble-Baker. The company has been delivering exquisite food, events and contract catering to high profile and industry leading companies ever since.

In addition to the introduction of Owen, this year has also seen a rebrand for Noble House. The new branding of the Noble House Group sees the company divided into Noble House Events, specialising in private, corporate and wedding catering; and Noble House Kitchen, concentrating on workplace food delivery and contract catering.

To accommodate the recent growth in contracts and events, the head office and kitchen has relocated to a larger site in East London. The newly installed kitchen facilities give significant increased capacity for both contract and event catering production.

Under Owen Sullivan’s guidance, the kitchen team create, craft and freshly prepare individually tailored menus for clients across London, the Home Counties and beyond.

“We wanted to show our clients the breadth of our services. With Owen’s expertise in ultra-high-end cuisine and large scale, uncompromising, production, along with the increased capabilities of our new kitchen site, we are excited about this new chapter for Noble House and our clients,” said Conrad Baker.

For almost 10 years, Owen was an integral part of the Gordon Ramsey team responsible for the openings of their international branches including sites in Las Vegas, New York and Doha.

After leaving the Gordon Ramsay Group, Owen led the launch of such restaurants as 20 Stories in Manchester and Queensyard in New York City as executive chef with D&D London.

In addition to Michelin star restaurants, Owen’s 20 years of chef experience spans managing numerous large-scale events such as Elton John’s Oscars Viewing Party in LA, as well as privately serving notable high-profile families.

Extensive Michelin Starred experience, combining beautiful flavours, stunning presentation, provenance of ingredients and sourcing the finest produce are at the heart of Owen’s craft. It is this ethos that allows him to find harmony across different styles of cuisine.

Clients can expect to see this signature style across menus for both Noble House Events and Noble House Kitchen.
