After a successful start to 2018, MCI UK is investing in new talent across the board at its London and Petersfield offices to fuel long term growth. As part of its corporate business development initiative, Tom Cowan joins MCI UK’s management team as director of client services after spending the last six years as co-founder and managing director of Bamboo Creative, a communication consultancy focused on leading brand campaigns, launching live event platforms and building brand identity through advanced digital media.

Having worked on accounts like Mitsubishi Motors, Warner Brothers, Microsoft, and Gilead, Tom brings with him extensive experience, creative flair, and a deep understanding of creative brand innovation, experience design and delivery to drive business results.

Tom commented, “I’m thrilled to be working alongside Kim and the wider management team during such an exciting time at MCI. Being approached to come on board and contribute to the refreshing and ambitious vision of the group was a real honour and I look forward to contributing to their ongoing growth and success. I’m excited to harness this opportunity and use my strategic and commercial experience to grow MCI UK’s presence within a dynamic and evolving industry.”

MCI Experience welcomes Frances Hulme as strategic marketing and communication manager to grow the MCI Experience brand marketing incubator and client portfolio in London. Frances managed the marketing of six events brands and the PR communications for the Concerto Group; one of the UK’s largest events and hospitality specialists.

MCI UK’s Associations’ team has enhanced its digital scope with the appointment of James Trott, who joins their growing team as web developer. Harnessing the power of digital for association clients is a key focus for the team, with the development of channels and platforms, with emphasis on building community through innovative platform solutions.

And last but not least, MCI UK also welcomes Harriet Toole, PCO project assistant, who returns to MCI after graduating from Bournemouth University and Caitlin Gregory, corporate project assistant, who joins as a placement year intern from the University of Surrey.

Kim Myhre, MD of MCI Experience UK said, “These are exciting times for MCI and MCI Experience in the UK. Our mission is to create transformational and engaging brand experiences. We continue to add new talent with a diverse range of skills and expertise, which allow us to offer our clients innovative, breakthrough approaches to experience design and delivery.”
