The last lecture in the University of Westminster’s second edition of the Event Design Lecture Series takes place on Monday 9th December.

Adam Parry, co-founder of Event Tech Live and the Event Technology Awards, will deliver his research on technology trends with a twist – tech that’s not going to break the bank.

Adam is also the co-founder and editor of www.eventindustrynews.com, a global online event magazine which is read by organisers, promoters, event management and production companies, suppliers, experiential agencies, the corporate sector, local government and organisations that host exhibitions and conferences.

Adam is a technology evangelist and is often invited to speak around the world on his passion for technology. His session for the Event Design Lecture Series keeps budget in mind while suggesting technologies that are affordable for most events.

Attendees will get to understand the advantages of using various technologies to enhance the event experience as well as how an event budget interfaces with specific engagement technologies. He will also discuss emerging technology trends for 2020.

The lecture series has seen a plethora of event professionals delivering their research and insights to students and event professionals from all over the London area. Visiting lecturers from Australia, France, Germany, Latvia and the UK have imparted their knowledge to hundreds of attendees interested in event design and technology.

The third edition for autumn/winter 2020 is also being planned. The 2019 initiative has been sponsored by Event Tech Lab and Protec European Events, the European arm of Protec; one of the world’s largest technical and staging solutions companies. Their palette of event production resources and geographical reach includes Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
