Alessandra and Gianluca are described by their families and friends as the most easy going, down to earth and sweet couple. So, not surprisingly, their outdoor wedding can be pretty much summed up in the same way.
From the Bride: We met in high school. We didn’t start officially dating until our last year and then we went off to University in different cities, him in Ottawa and me in Toronto. We dating long distance throughout University, with plenty of visits to Ottawa in between! We’ve been together ever since!

The couple’s beautiful outdoor ceremony was held underneath a majestic tree with surrounding canopy trees and delicate rustic details that made for a spectacular celebration.
From the Bride: The whole day was absolutely perfect. The ceremony was probably our favourite part of the day , it was so special to finally get to be married and have an intimate group of front of family and friends surrounding us.Â
Chic and sleek with pops of colour and tons of prettiness is how we would describe the newlywed’s stunner of a reception underneath a fairytale-like tent.
Thanks to the divine decor from Simply Beautiful Decor, elegant tablescapes with the perfect punch of pink and green from the lovely florals courtesy of Bloom & Co., and a gorgeous multi-tiered floral cake, the evening was heavenly in every way.
From the Bride: The overall vision for the day was a relaxed-yet-elegant vineyard outdoor wedding. Whites, pistachio green, lavender and pale grey was our colour palette. Lighting was also a big part of our vision, using lots of candles, lanterns, tree lights and some fire pits to set the cozy and romantic feel throughout the day. Last but not least, cherry blossoms! We really hoped the timing would cooperate because the venue had this beautiful cherry orchard next to the dinner tent and we envisioned full trees for the day!
