Following on from the multi-million-pound redevelopment, Bristol Old Vic theatre has launched it’s Day Delegate Rate packages for those looking to host conferences in the Grade 1 listed Coopers’ Hall, which sits as the star of the event spaces in the venue.

As a former banqueting hall, inspired in décor by its Georgian routes with high ceilings and huge overarching windows, the event space seems set to continue to play host to great food as Bristol Old Vic has teamed up with top South West caterers, Fosters Event Catering. With tea and great coffee aplenty, freshly made sandwich lunches or a Mediterranean mezze selection on offer, those booking can be assured their delegates will be well looked after.

For those responsible for the smooth running of the day, the refurbished spaces come with reliable audio-visual resources but that’s not all! When in a theatre being entertained is key and delegates are encouraged, during breaks, to explore the historic building whether that be in the immersive â€˜Noises Off’ corridor250 years of history depicted in a specially commissioned mural or taking on the â€˜A Window to the Past’ augmented reality experience.

Packages start at £29.95 per person Monday – Wednesday. For more information visit: https://bristololdvic.org.uk/hire/corporate-events/conferences-ddr or email events@bristololdvic.org.uk
