The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York is honored to announce the promotion of Emily Schmalholz to Head of Special Events. Schmalholz, who started her tenure there in January of 2015, was previously Director of Special Events for the theater and its inner-sanctum bar and music club, Garcia’s. Lauren Northey, who was previously with the company in a part-time capacity, has also officially joined the team full-time as Special Events Sales Manager.  


Main Light, LLC has appointed Mike Gaynor to serve as the Operations Manager for Main Light West, now open in Las Vegas, NV. Gaynor is overseeing operations at the new facility which brings Main Light’s renowned dry hire services to professional production companies on the West Coast. He brings a depth of experience in the industry having worked at 4Wall Entertainment in Logistics and as the Assistant Operations Manager. Prior to working at 4Wall, he was the Operations Manager at Christie Lites in Las Vegas.

After opening its doors 45 year ago, the property has recently completed the final phase of a 100-million-dollar+ renovation, successfully blending elegant design with modern convenience.
