The East of England Arena and Events Centre has announced that event accommodation specialist, Event Express, has agreed to be the venue’s accommodation partner, and will provide a complete turnkey service, handling reservations, bookings, cancellations and amendments.
Jon Cortinas, Event Express’ sales director, explained in detail how its service will work for visitors to the arena: “We will provide discounted hotel accommodation for exhibitors, visitors and delegates to the Arena.
“Our team have negotiated discounted rates at hotels around the Arena exclusively for event attendees, and we offer flexible cancellation policies, allowing visitors to make amendments and cancellations. The service is completely free to use, with no hidden charges and no booking or transaction fees.”
Dean Rees, East of England Arena’s business development manager, commented: “Event Express is a well-known and trusted provider of accommodation booking services within the events industry.
“This new partnership will allow organisers, visitors and exhibitors coming to the venue to take advantage of more competitive booking rates which Event Express has already negotiated, along with its superb reservations services. It makes our venue an even stronger proposition for multi-day events and conferences in particular, but all our visitors will be able to benefit.”
