She has the following certifications and designations: Master Wedding Planner, Certified Wedding Specialist, Certified Wedding Planner, and Certified Wedding and Event Planner. As we emerge from a year of uncertainties, one business reality seems crystal clear: Hybrid meetings and events will be critical in the near-term. To address this dramatic shift in how people meet and celebrate, Hilton is introducing a set of Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions. The new suite of offerings, which will continue to evolve, directs event planners to Hilton’s hybrid-ready hotels while also providing them with planning resources – including an expanded Hilton EventReady Playbook and flexible customer offers.

The Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions will begin rolling out globally this month. Additionally, the expanded Hybrid Events chapter of the Hilton EventReady Playbook – which will include detailed case studies, pro-tips, a glossary of hybrid event terms and more – will also be available in English this month and accessible to customers working with any hotel within the Hilton global portfolio.

As part of the Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions, Encore (formerly PSAV) is offering several event technology packages created for small hybrid events at participating hotels in addition to Presentation Stages, a production-ready event solution equipped with critical broadcast technology and staging equipment that helps elevate event messaging and engagement. Presentation Stages offer a clean and safe pre-built location to produce, record and/or broadcast a high-quality online event far exceeding production values available from the typical home or office. The Hilton properties equipped with event technology will accommodate between two to six onsite presenters and up to 50 in-person attendees.

R. Merritt Productions will be launching Zoom & Bloom, a virtual floral workshop, this month in response to COVID-19. Zoom & Bloom will prepare and send a floral arranging session in a box. Event planners work with Zoom & Bloom to select the flowers and vessel (vase) for the class as well as timing for the session. Zoom & Bloom then sources the top quality flowers from specialty growers from around the world (everything from peonies to garden roses to ranunculus, for example). Each variety is individually wrapped and labeled with a hand-drawn flower sticker which corresponds to an enclosed branded care card. Recipients receive a thorough easy to follow branded care and instruction card so recipients will learn the proper way to prep the flowers in time for the live, virtual workshop.

The box is shipped in time for the group event and the group will be ready for the one-hour confirmed zoom instruction and Q&A session. At the end, they have a beautiful centerpiece.

Kicking off 2021, Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport is reopening its doors on January 11, 2021 with a fresh new look after a multi-million dollar hotel transformation. Located less than a mile from San Francisco Bay Trail in the cradle of the Biopharmaceutical area, the hotel is placing the finishing touches on a complete makeover of the hotel’s public space, restaurant and 316 two-room guests suites.

The contemporary design is fitting to the fast-paced area where travelers want comfort and ease after a long day of travel, meetings or experiencing the destination. The two-room suites design offers a residential feel allowing for a separate work, living or dining room space.  In addition to hotel guestrooms, designers reimagined Taste Restaurant, which features locally sourced food and beverages. The menu offers comfort food favorites such as avocado toast, Niman Ranch Burger, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich.
