The organisers of the ever-popular #eventtech exhibition, Event Tech Live (ETL) are excited to announce the newly launched event site planning specialist, OnePlan, is sponsoring the Festival and Future stage this year.

OnePlan is an effective event site planning platform that serves event organisers and suppliers all over the world. It was developed by a dedicated team of event and crowd safety experts to improve the tools available to organisers.

The platform combines all other mapping and visual planning tools into one, so event planning teams and their clients get one full plan and a shopping list of what their event space needs for a secure, safe and incredible experience down to the last square metre.

Founder, Paul Foster, has worked on the last four Olympic Games, two Commonwealth Games and is currently supporting the FIFA Qatar 2022 World Cup. He commented: “It’s from this experience that I was compelled to improve the tools with which event planners have to work: to end costly mistakes, time-wasting and version control madness, and start collaborative planning with ease.”

It is a mark of OnePlan’s achievements that is has been shortlisted for the Best Technology Startup at the Event Technology Awards (ETA) – ETL’s sister event that aims to celebrate the achievements of event technology companies.

OnePlan is also entered into ETL’s Launchpad competition where members of the public can vote for their favourite event tech startup.

Foster continued: “ETL is where the leaders and pioneers in the event industry meet to find better ways of creating incredible event experiences. With OnePlan, we feel we’ve found one.”

The Festival & Future stage is an area at ETL that is dedicated to outdoor events. It showcases and encourages discussions on technology that supports this sector.

Event Tech Live is Europe’s only free-to-attend show dedicated to the world of event technology. The annual, two-day event will take place from 6th-7th November at the Old Truman Brewery, London.
