There is nothing like showcasing your work on social media, and Instagram is perfect for event planners because it is the most visual platform and a picture can give you quick snapshots and insight into your brand, events or business and show what you can do to potential clients.

To celebrate recently launching the Event Manager Blog Instagram account we decided to highlight some of the best accounts that event planners should be following. Based in Los Angeles, she shares an array of snapshots and videos that she has been involved in which are bursting with color and inspiration. She also shares insider information on sales or events in the Beverly Hills area.

The videos are also high quality and showcase their events with a reel of the “best bits” to their 67k+ followers like this stunning (and massive) wedding.

Covering everything from social events, bar mitzvahs, corporate gatherings, weddings and non-profit events it is great for inspiration or just to while away your lunch hour looking at their creations. Their feed is bright and welcoming with plenty of floral integration in the pictures but it mainly focuses on the stunning venues they have decorated and used such as this beautiful ballroom.

Priding themselves on event design, you will find a lot of artistic photos showcasing their talents from food to flowers, venues, videos and events such as the Rockerfeller Center’s Christmas tree this year. Frank Alexander NYC provides plenty of inspiration for eventprofs or if you just enjoy some decent Instagram imagery, this is one to follow.

Emphasizing pastel colors, flower and planning inspiration as well as behind the scenes snaps of a working mom there is something on there for everyone to get jealous over, like these hand designed flower arrangements.

An account that combines travel and event planning as this team delivers outdoor events around the world by setting their table in over 12 countries. You can enjoy their different locations where they bring farm food to the event table in places such as Chile, Argentina and LA but our favorite has to be the Desert Trip Music Festival where they hosted 900 guests.

Named as one of Martha Stewart and Harper Bazaar’s top 25 planners, this event planning feed focuses on stunning floral displays and table settings as well as some exotic locations and food. One of the parts we like the most about this feed is how they capture a lot of the human moments from events too and shows a personal side to their brand like this candid wedding moment.

As an event planner and designer you can see the creativity and class through Preston’s Instagram photos. He has designed concepts for large events such as these crystal igloos at the Rockefeller Plaza to a raining orchid canopy for a small dinner of 10 showing that you can make your event stunningly creative no matter the size.

You can find party theme inspirations as well as some funky ideas for décor and food, as well as some cute spreads such as this Tailgate party style, perfect for the summer.

Her feed will appeal to travellers too as she shares some stunning views from destination events and she manages to capture things in a unique light such as this medieval village in Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Her venues and set ups are definitely eventprof inspiration material and one of our favorite behind-the-scenes moments was this “through the window” peek at a wedding ceremony at lake Como (the chandelier is everything!)

Showing some behind the scenes floristry as well as beautiful tablescapes and décor, one of our favorites is this elegant baby shower cake that matches the balloons and theme.

A stunning feed that is great inspiration for destination or outdoor weddings. With vintage dresses, gorgeous calligraphy, flowers, decor and venue ideas it has a classy elegance that is focused on the brides on their big day. From invitations to décor, themes, matching dresses and centerpieces there is plenty of stunning shots, like one of our favorites, which is this VW wedding photo-booth bus idea.

For parties, Jordan Ferney from Oh Happy Day excels at inspiring you and giving you some stunning photos from her travels and event planning. The feed is bold and colorful and the images definitely pop, like all this red from this car size candy cane piñata to giant homemade snowflake décor that you can try to DIY at home (if you’re brave enough.)

For entertaining and tabletop planning inspiration this is your feed! It’s amazing what they can do with a few place settings and definitely show the importance of creativity in the little details. There are some fantastic tablescaping shots and they particularly love a place setting snap but they never get boring because each one is original like this tropical black and white table top.

Some of the destination venue pictures are stunning with the food and décor are captured nicely too, so you can tell that these photos are professionally taken. But one of the best parts about this feed is the event inspiration, in particular we love these message in a bottle inspiration as an alternative to a guest book at a wedding.
